Please read the following appointment policies prior to booking your appointment. By booking an appointment you agree to adhere to the following policies.

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

Scheduling an Initial Application appointment requires a $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. All Brow Reassessments and Brow Tinting appointment must be paid in full at time the of booking. Deposits and payments secure your scheduled appointment date and time.

*Please come prepared to pay for the remainder of your appointment. We do not accept Venmo, Paypal, or any forms of cash apps.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations can be made at any time frame by contacting info@themicrobladenurse.com. Deposit is nonrefundable and clients are advised to reschedule rather than cancelling.

RESCHEDULING

Because of our limited availibility, rescheduling an appointment requires a minimum of a 48 hour notification. Deposit will be calculated into the total for the rescheduled appointment. Clients who reschedule the same appointment twice without 48 hour notice are subject to a $100 inconvenience fee that will be taken from the deposit and will not be allowed to make future appointments.

NO SHOWS

NO SHOWS are subject to an inconvenience fee which is equal to and taken from the deposit. No shows will not be allowed to make future appointments.

LATE POLICY

Microblading is a meticulous process that requires the entire 2 to 2.5 hours. All clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early or on time. If you are running late to your appointment, please call so that the appropriate measures can be made. Accommodations cannot be guaranteed for tardiness greater than 15 minutes. Microblading clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may have to reschedule and will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50. Same ruless apply to Brow Tinting clients, who are subject to a $10 late cancellation fee.

IT’S OUR RIGHT

We have the right to refuse service if disruptive, incoherent, or disrespectful. We work best in a positive and friendly environment. Should you be asked to leave, deposit is non-refundable. Please vibe with us as we work hard to give you the best brow transformation possible.

 
 
We understand that inconveniences and emergencies happen. We will try our best to work with inconveniences, however please be mindful that no shows and rescheduling or cancelling without adequate notice interferes with the success of our business. Our goal is to deliver beautiful brows to our clients, not to charge inconvenience fees. We will always try our best to accommodate scheduling interferences.
